ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CLUBS
Students will create their own characters and together fit each of the characters into a play that will be performed at the end of the class series.
Students start by learning the theatre basics including stage presence, vocal projection, and theatre vocabulary.
Self-expression is strongly promoted.
In addition to learning story structure, they will strengthen their team building skills, communication skills, public speaking ability, as well as their creativity.
MIDDLE SCHOOL CLUBS
Focus is on monologues and scene work. The session will end in a showcase performance of the student’s work.
Students start by learning the theatre basics including stage presence, vocal projection, and theatre vocabulary.
Improvisation techniques, games, and exercises will be introduced.
Students will boost their self-confidence and creativity, while improving their reading, writing, and analytical skills.
HIGH SCHOOL CLUBS
Focus is on monologues, scene work, and one-act plays. The session will end in a showcase performance of the student’s work.
Students start by learning the theatre basics including stage presence, vocal projection, and theatre vocabulary.
Improvisation techniques, games, and exercises will be introduced.
Students will boost their self-confidence and creativity, while improving their communication skills and their ability to work effectively in a group.
